Super Soul Flow: A 6-Week Creative Awakening Experience

Super Soul Flow is a 6-week, in-person experience designed to playfully help you gently move out of creative blocks, emotional tension, and self-doubt—and into a state of flow where expression feels natural, safe, and alive.
Through a layered, immersive blend of art, storytelling, movement, and playful exploration, you’ll begin to regulate your nervous system, soften internal resistance, and reconnect with your intuitive voice. Each session creates a sense of psychological safety—so your creativity can rise without pressure, force, or judgment.
You’ll feel the shift—not just mentally, but physically and emotionally—as you move from hesitation into expression, from tension into flow.
Inside this experience, you will:
- Create a sense of safety in your body so expression can naturally unfold
- Release patterns of overthinking, fear, and internal criticism
- Access your intuitive, heart-led creativity
- Build confidence through authentic self-expression
- Connect with amazing influencers who are on a similar journey
- Complete meaningful artwork that reflects your inner world
Led by artist and educator Meesha, this welcoming and supportive space is especially powerful for ADHD creatives, those navigating trauma, and anyone feeling burnt out, disconnected, or creatively stuck.
No experience is needed.
No pressure to perform.
